Payment & Shipping

All Reel service bookings require a deposit fee. These can me made securely through the online store or the Booking Form.

On completion of the service or earlier, the balance owing will be invoiced to the customer. Once payments are cleared, the Reel/s will be shipped or returned to the Drop-Zone for collection.

Payment Methods

All major credit & debit cards, Apple Pay & Google Pay are accepted payment methods. Online payments are managed by Stripe and their network of radar detections of fraud prevention.

Direct Bank account transfers can be made using OSKO.  Add the invoice no. to the  transfer reference to  identify the payment. Reelogic Bank details will be shared on request with customer. 

Shipping Rates

Reelogic uses Parcel Post to ship reels within Australia. We apply the same Australia Post Shipping Rates  to all our shipping charges.  Express Shipping can be provided where available. 

Packaging

1.  Make sure the reels are carefully protected with bubble wrap or crushed paper. 
2. Remove the handle on spin reels and place inside packaging.  
3. Protect bale arm by packing  around spool.
4. Wrap packed reel in a paper or plastic bag and tape up
5. Place packaged Reel in chosen satchel or box
