We cut to order using our dedicated CNC machine and ensure the perfect fit. We grease, install and test all drag washer upgrades for smooth & strong performance.
Reel bearings are by far the most important performance component of every reel. If your reel has developed noise or stiffness, its likely the bearings need replacing.
We only use quality precision bearings manufactured to ABEC 7 guidelines. We keep a good supply of the most common sizes but can usually be supplied within 3 business days.

A deep clean is sometimes required for older reels or if saltwater has entered the body from being dunked. It removes old grease and corrosion, restoring surfaces to a clean and smooth finish. We air dry with compressed air for to ensure a moisture-free finish to the components. Only eco friendly cleaning agents are used in the bath solution.
