Terms and Conditions

Revised version (18/11/2024)


1. Bookings

  • All bookings must be made using the online Booking Form.
  • All Bookings are to be made with a deposit payment (Booking Deposit Fee)
  • Reelogic's online Booking  Form must be completed correctly by the customer and provide honest and accurate information


2. Refunds

  • Booking Deposit fees will be refunded if a customer cancels the booking before any shipping is prepaid or pick-ups are underway
  • Upgrades and parts will be refunded if a customer cancels before shipment or installation. 
  • Refund requests must be made in writing  via Email or SMS using  the Contact Us info.
  • The Service Fee will be refunded if its paid in advance and work has not commenced.


3. Shipping 

  • Parcel Post is the standard Shipping method used by Reelogic.
  • Customers are responsible for taking out insurance of their Reel/s.
  • Customers are required to follow the packaging & labelling guidelines when shipping to Reelogic
  • Reelogic is not liable for any loss or damage suffered during shipping. 


4. Workmanship Warranty

  1. A 3-month limited warranty is offered on the workmanship undertaken by our technicians. 
  2. The limited warranty applies to equipment when;
    1. Booked through Reelogic’s website or App. 
    2. The equipment has been inspected and assessed.
    3. The customer has agreed for the servicing/repairs to be completed
    4. The service invoice has been paid in full.
  3. The limited warranty will extend to the supply of parts fitted during the service of the customer's equipment. It does not extend to any loss or damages relating to the warranty claim whatsoever.
  4. Equipment covered by this limited warranty will be assessed by our technicians. Any cause relating to our workmanship will be rectified with reasonable promptness and at no cost to the customer 
  5. Claims made under this limited warranty must include:
    1. A claims form completed by the customer, provided by Reelogic
    2. Shipping of the equipment to/from Reelogic Technician at customer expense
    3. An Assessment and inspection of the equipment by a Reelogic Technician
  6. Warranty claims will be finalised with a report by the Technician
  7. Should any tampering or alteration to the warranted repair or service be evident, all rights under this warranty shall terminate and be void.


5.  Copyright

  • Reelogic is copyright, along with any content produced by Reelogic. 
  • Content may be shared by non-commercial users, i.e via Social Media pages.
  • Commercial users need to obtain permission to share Reelogic produced content.


6.  Website Customer Accounts

  • Customers are required to keep their login details private with no shared access


7. Payment Terms

  • Reelogic has strict 7 day payment terms from the invoice date.
  • Customers experiencing financial hardship should contact Reelogic to discuss alternative payment options. 


8.  Non-Payment - Recovery

  • When an invoice for service is not paid within 28 days, the item may be listed for sale.
  • Amounts owing, including any further costs associated with non-payment or recovery expenses will be deducted from the sale amount.  The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer. 


9. Revised Terms and Conditions

  • Reelogic will from time to time review and update the contents of these terms and conditions. When doing so, a revision date will be added to this documents title.
