Our customer focus  is on delivering the best experience through good communication and transparency. From the moment a service booking is made, your technician will keep you informed of your reel's progress through service updates. All service and repair work is covered by a limited 3 month warranty.

1. Reel tested and disassembled
2. 10 point inspection and assessment report
3. Parts quote and report sent to customer
4. Reel components degreased and relubricated
5. Reel assembled and re-tested

1. Reel repairs are assessed by the technician during the service  inspection. 
2. Repairs are detailed in the report along with a parts quote sent to the customer
3. The customer confirms agreed repair/upgrade with their Technician
4.  Work is completed, confirmed and re-tested

All Bookings include a $30.00 deposit fee for each Reel Service. This covers the cost of steps 1, 2 & 3 of the standard reel service. It gives both the customer and technician the opportunity to understand and agree on the repairs or upgrades before the service is completed.  Follow the steps on the Bookings Page

Ultra Sonic Cleaning - $20.00 

Magseal service/Ferro Fluid (Magron) - $15.00

Reel (Braid) Spooling from -   $10.00

Extra Labour @ $60.00/hr

Customers will be invoiced (less deposit) on completion of service or earlier.  Once payment has been cleared, the  Reel/s will be shipped or returned to the Drop-Zone for collection.
