Limited Warranty terms and conditions
A 3-month limited warranty is offered on the workmanship undertaken by our technicians.
The limited warranty applies to equipment when;
Booked through Reelogic’s website or App.
The equipment has been inspected and assessed.
The customer has agreed for the servicing/repairs to be completed
The service invoice has been paid in full.
The limited warranty will extend to the supply of parts fitted during the service of the customer's equipment. It does not extend to any loss or damages relating to the warranty claim whatsoever.
Equipment covered by this limited warranty will be assessed by our technicians. Any cause relating to our workmanship will be rectified with reasonable promptness and at no cost to the customer
Claims made under this limited warranty must include:
A claims form completed by the customer, provided by Reelogic
Shipping of the equipment to/from Reelogic Technician at customer expense
An Assessment and inspection of the equipment by a Reelogic Technician
Warranty claims will be finalised with a report by the Technician
Should any tampering or alteration to the warranted repair or service be evident, all rights under this warranty shall terminate and be void.
